This sparkling wine is dry and fresh and displays a crisp acidity on the palate. This acidity is gently combined with the delicate raspberry and white currant fruit flavours to give a delicious mouth feel and a very generous finish.

The Botham & Balfour Sparkling Rosé NV
Stunning Sparkling Rosé from the team at Hush Heath and Lord Ian Botham. Made in the traditional Champagne method from the traditional Champagne grapes – Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Its fresh, full of summer fruit notes with a heady floral scent and a mouth-watering finish.
The grapes were hand-picked and fermented in stainless steel tanks for freshness, the wine was then aged for 12 months on lees for extra texture and depth of flavour.
We can’t think of a better wine to celebrate with than this gorgeous fizz from Kent!
