Sauvignon Blanc
The 2020 MadFish Sauvignon Blanc boasts an aroma of stewed apples, lemon blossom and herbaceous thyme. This is accompanied by a generous palate of nectarine or white peach, giving way to mouth-watering lemon curd with hints of more tropical grapefruit and pineapple. These generous flavours linger before a refreshing dry finish and a subtle flinty minerality.
Shiraz
With fresh aromas of black cherry, plums and poached strawberries; whilst a little liquorice, sweet spice and mocha compliment the fruit on the palate. Gentle tannins give structure and balance to ensure a good drink, with or without food.
