The lucky person who receives this hamper will love the Mad Fish wine, located in Western Australia’s popular wine region, Mad Fish is regarded as one of best wineries in Margaret River. The snacks in this hamper are truly scrumptious and will be great to devour, along with the wine. The cheddar is sweet and tangy with a particularly creamy texture and an occasional crystal caused by long maturing. The cheese goes perfectly with the truffle breadsticks or the Water Crackers which are made from just flour and water-toasted under flames for one minute, this results in an ultra-crispy nutty flavour cracker. We also recommend trying the cheese with the Piccalilli-the perfect relish for a mature, hard cheese. The Yorkshire crisps are the perfect snack to pick on when you are feeling a tad peckish. Once all of these savoury goodies have been devoured, treat yourself to a piece of the Hokey Pokey.

Mad Fish Sauvignon Blanc:
The 2020 Mad Fish Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from their Mount Barrow vineyard high in the hills of Mount Barker in the Great Southern, the block sits at an altitude of 310 – 340m with a south facing aspect. The cool climate of the Great Southern creates wines of great elegance and character while the ancient soils of the Mount Barker granite outcrop add a touch of minerality to the finish.
Mad Fish Shiraz:
Surely the national red grape of Australia – the name Shiraz is unique to our island continent, and is known as Syrah in all other regions. Shiraz has distinct identities in its Australian homes – the wines of Barossa, McLaren Vale, Hunter Valley, and Western Australia’s Great Southern and Margaret River all express different stories.
