In a world of overly sweet fruit ciders, Balfour’s Winemakers strike the perfect equilibrium for the natural fruit flavours to shine through. 100% of the juice is from our three, Kentish dessert apples. Treated like a sparkling wine, each apple variety is fermented separately using wine yeasts.

Cox. Delicate, sweet aromatics.
Egremont Russet. Provides body and richness to the blend.
