With such a nice vintage to work with, Graham quickly identified the base parcels of Sauvignon Blanc and they began the blending process.
Graham truly has developed his own style .He loves the more classic, greener Sauvignon Blanc,
But sure enough, he does it again and they have ended up with a wine that starts with that classic Marlborough herbal and ripe capsicum notes (no gooseberries!) and then all of a sudden you get some melon, then sweet passion fruit aromas layered in there.
