Intense pale pink, the colour is clear and brillant. The nose develops aromas of citrus fruits and white flowers.The persistent palate, with notes of pink grapefruit, is characterised by great complexity and acidity : a very fine and balanced wine.
Cuvée La Chapelle de Sainte Roseline – Cru Classé – Côtes de Provence Magnum
La Chapelle de Sainte Roseline is the exceptional Cuvée of Château Sainte Roseline. Made from a selection of our best plots, this wine produced in limited quantities will delight the most demanding palates.
GROWING PROCESS : Under an environmentally-friendly approach, growing techniques such as ploughing and keeping grassy areas next to the vine rows are preferred. These practices are intended to preserve fauna and flora, ensuring the land remains healthy. We select bunches to control yields then remove leaves to make sure every bunch receives maximum sunshine. Grapes harvested at night, from the end of august to the end of September.
WINEMAKING PROCESS : Harvest conveyed on a belt to prevent any damage, then carefully sorted and destemmed. Grapes are gently pressed with inert pneumatic presses, preventing oxidation. The must goes through cold tabulation for 8 days before alcoholic fermentation, followed by settling to give clear juice. 40% of the grape juice is then poured into 18 hectolitres wooden stock vats and the other part in stainless steel tanks to ferment. This process gives a great complexity to this wine. Temperatures are controlled throughout fermentation to fully express aromas. Following fermentation, the wines are matured on lees with stirring.

TASTING TEMPERATURE : between 10 and 12° C.
