Viticulture: Nestled within the picturesque landscapes of Provence, our vineyards benefit from a unique terroir characterized by limestone soils, ample sunshine, and a temperate Mediterranean climate. These conditions are ideal for cultivating the high-quality grapes that make our Provence Rosé exceptional.

Vinification: The grapes are harvested at their ripest and picked in the morning to protect them from the heat of the day. The grapes are gently pressed prior to maceration. This slow, delicate pressing process allows the skins to impart a beautiful pale pink color. Fermentation is maintained at a cool temperature to preserve the wine’s freshness and vibrant flavors.

Tasting Notes: Our Provence Rosé presents a pale, glittering salmon-pink hue with shades of peach and lychee.
